• Family-hires are guided to help with everyday tasks such as meals, hygiene support, dressing, and transitions throughout the day

• We focus on building predictable routines that reduce stress, increase comfort, and promote as much independence as possible for each individual

Companionship

• We encourage family-hires to create meaningful moments, not tasks

• This can look like playing games, reading together, going for short outings, or enjoying sensory-friendly activities to the person’s interests

• The goal is connection—support that brings joy, reassurance, and a sense of belonging

Training Offered

• We provide step-by-step training so relatives can safely support their loved one at home

• This includes instruction on daily care routines, communication strategies, safety and supervision, and how to navigate challenges with calm and confidence
